[1] This needs to be checked or removed, see if it requires symlink to work.

cp: cannot stat '../../../ArenaCM/.htaccess': No such file or directory

[2] The adding of content described under for /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/000-default.conf will have to be reviewed, it will not add on some instances and it might be to specific.
