Tag new release for ORM3 updates

Apparently since the last release the only "critical" commit was related to compatibility with Doctrine ORM 3 (unless you think supporting a deprecated PHP version might be critical).

Would you consider tagging a new release so this bundle doesn't break with ORM 3 (especially in prod mode if you're using the default config which often will only be tested live)?
