Description
Phecode Map 1.2 with ICD-10cm Codes (beta) from https://phewascatalog.org/phecodes_icd10cm might contain errors that will lead to misclassifications that might lead to false positive of false negative results.
Few examples (ICD10CM --> phecode):
- Y83.8 Other surgical procedures --> 851 Complications of transplants and reattached limbs
- Y83.9 Surgical procedure, unspecified --> 851 Complications of transplants and reattached limbs
