Need to add title of project under scan.

While the output clearly states CodeMedic in the header, I think it would be useful to have the title of the project under scan to be included in the header at similar font size. I know it specifies the path but it would look better with the project title.

I think this is a good idea to provide resolution order for a shorter project name to appear in the title of the report. Let's set the project title using this priority order:

1. Solution filename without the extension - only use if there is only 1 solution file
2. cproj / vbproj / fsproj name if there is only 1 project in the repository
3. Git origin repository name without the owner prefix
4. Base folder name, not the entire path
