Is liveMediaStreamer working for my project?

I am not sure if this is the right section to ask this question but I also tried reaching i2Cat directly on the website, but I did not get any answer back. However here is my question :

I am now working on a project where we need to get a livestream as input to our program and then do some edits, changes on it ( for example rato edit, audio, video ... ) and then give it back as a live stream back. Is liveMediaStreamer something we can look for our project? Do you have any better idea?
