Can nested directories be preserved during import/export?

I'd like to be able to import and export an entire folder of files at once without disrupting the original file directory structure (perhaps a toggle option could be added to choose whether to save exported files in the same directory or preserve the directory state).
Additionally, three directories need to be filled in when importing and exporting, but these three directories are linked, so I always have to fill them in repeatedly when exporting files. I hope this issue can be fixed.
