RealTimeStylus - Timestamps are not monotonic #16
Description
Frame timestamps on the RealTimeStylus backend are reported in time since the being the beginning of the stylus down event - thus are not monotonic. This does not abide by the documented behavior of Frame which should be monotonic timestamp referencing a Manager-internal epoch.
Tested on Wacom Intuous S.
