probably not the best idea, but because aspasia supports converting from WebVTT to ASS we can just take the converted VTT output and convert it to ASS

EDIT: horrible solution (means losing formatting)

EDIT 2: this can be used for SRT though (#4) because the VTT and SRT formats are nearly identical
