Network Level Error Handling

We need better logging and error handling for network level errors. The code shouldn't panic for network level errors but handle them gracefully.

• Notify User when Host closes a connection.
• Notify User when PDCBuffer closes a connection.
• Notify User when a socket/port has not received any data (e.g. >30s)

Need to verify but this issue should be fixed.
