Before we get to my other thoughts, I do want to flag that though these issues were found by a JAWS user in this instance, they still could be relevant for other readers. Unfortunately, we don't necessarily have enough folks, credits or time to run issue-specific tests on all potential ATs before creating the issues.

@esizer and I discussed these requirements. Crested issues for the ones that are still relevant or do not break the cards :) |

Fable User-requested adjustments (Q4 2022-23)
List of Fable user insights/ results for the Applicant Dashboard (Storybook Design)
Requirement 1:
Create a collapse all button for the accordions on the page.
Why
Having all sections opened at once can be confusing for a screen reader user to know where they are once they understand what is on the page.
Requirement 2:
Review keyboard navigation works for JAWS and make any necessary adjustments (e.g., to the heading sequence).
Why
Fable users flagged that it is difficult to jump past the "my applications," "My qualified recruitments, "Expired recruitments" using keyboard navigation. User tried to use heading levels to jump past but there are so many that they could not tell if they moved sections or if they were working within the same section.
Requirement 3:
Adjust Active Recruitments accordion for use with JAWS,
Why
Nothing seems to change for JAWS users when the " Active recruitment" accordion is activated. JAWS users can have an equitable user experience through programmatic determination.
Requirement 4:
Introduce consistent landmarks for each navigable region on the dashboard. "I had a navigation region labelled "My profile information navigation region" using the letter R as a hotkey, but there is no consistency as the other sections such as "My Resume and Experience" section are not divided into navigable regions in the same way."
Why
It solidifies a meaningful sequence and show consistent relationships between the information on the page.
Requirement 5:
Introduce more colour differentiation below the initial Introduction section (My profile information/My resume and experience).
Why
Colour differentiation for these headings or sections helps low vision users to understand the relationships between each section below (My profile information/My resume and experience).
Requirement 6:
Label input components and Form Fields on the navigation grid, or change the granularity of the navigation grid to allow for simple voice commands.
Why
Simple Dragon Naturally Speaking commands like click "name on button" or "Sign application" do not work. This prevents At users from completing their profile or submissions.
