Event-specific

• Create event
• Add information regarding the event, i.e, mode, timings, date, venue, perks and number of attendees
• Display Agenda
• Create badges/perks on the platform and link them with the event
• Display Perks
• Display Resources
• Option to create/edit the agenda for an event
• Design a form for the registrations

Sign up for events

• Sign up for events
• Allow for mails to be pre-drafted and sent in 1 week, 48hrs, 24hrs in advance for close of applications, pre-event notifications.
• Shortlist attendees
• View event registration status

Pre-event

• Take confirmation from the user
• Provide ID card
• Provide directions to the event
• Open up the QnA and FAQ

During the event

• Verify attendee status - Shortlisted/Not Shortlisted/Not applied
• Work with the icebreakers workflow
• Send notifications updating on the agenda and venue of specific talk, ~x minutes prior
• Share the live stream link
• Time management: Notify the PoC of time remaining during the session for timely sessions, and a stopwatch for extension of a speaker event.

Post-event

• Award badges
• Award certificates
• Provide swags, if any
• Collect feedback from the user
