When the epicentre is given uncertainties the range of fatalities is drastically reduced. This is not expected in most cases, especially when the epicentre is not far from a big settlement. In this case we would expect an widening of the range of fatalities.

This might depend on the lack of actualization of the active targets (or cells) which should take into account the variable spatial extension of the target area depending on the epicentre´s uncertainty.
