How to reproduce

run traverse_waf on https://edg.epa.gov/WAFer_harvest/ISO/

Expected behavior

first dataset (as an example) is https://edg.epa.gov/WAFer_harvest/ISO/enviroatlas-metadata-waf_ACS_Demographics_by_Tract_2008_2012_EA.xml

Actual behavior

first dataset (same example) is /WAFer_harvest/ISO/enviroatlas-metadata-waf_ACS_Demographics_by_Tract_2008_2012_EA.xml
