From the Discord documentation, I have read that bots can share animated emojis too. Since most of the userbase doesn't have nitro access usage of animated emojis is restricted. So creating the following feature would help such users
User shares the emoji in text form like :pog:
The bot then checks the server for animated emojis with the name :pog:.
It then creates a webhook with the username and DP of the user who called for the emoji
The webhook then shares the emoji and deletes itself.
