Unable to install on Windows 11 #56

Description

@larryhardin

The instructions you provide simply DO NOT work on Windows 11.

For Offline Inference mode, the instructions do NOT include installation of CUDA. In fact, it does not for Online Inference.

When trying to install Online inference, you ONLY provide a shell script.

I have been able to install many other AI tools which rely upon cuda but this is by far the worst in terms of difficulty and instructions. Please try to get this to work on a CLEAN windows installation or using a conda environment. IT is currently not possible.
The instructions you provide are hybrid mixture of conda env and pip. You need to provide an environment.yml file with proper nvp/npm dependencies.
