Public-facing web presence for VERSE

We've reached a point where people outside VERSE are learning about the project and interested in knowing more. We should set up a public website with an overview of the project, info on how to get started using the tools, and announcements publicizing our progress.

Yes, completely agree – it sounds like that's coming along, and life will be easier once we can make everything open.

I talked this over with the folks at Galois responsible for our web presence. Their recommendation is short-term to put up project information as part of the CN docs/tutorial page (e.g. the splash page here). Later this year, they can help us build a VERSE overview page on galois.com with links to CN, docs, etc.
