Add functions to scrap burn-in and thin chains #3
Description
When plotting MCMC chains with pippi, it is currently the user's responsibility to remove the samples obtained during burn-in and thin the chain, before bringing it to pippi. It would be pretty straightforward to provide some simple options/functions in pippi that could do this for the user automatically.
