[BUG]: Large Suppliers regarding the usage of Satellite Plane bugged #14

In later Reputation Levels like 6 for instance of mine, the drug dealings will take place entirely in the islands, right after you meet the Sandman.
If you're playing the Vanilla version with only Silentpatch and you're in Miami, and try to trigger the dealings, the game will spawn a float-plane, via which you will enter, and the game will automatically teleport you to the Islands.
In the GangstaPatch, since the ability to ride planes was added, you'll get bugged inside it, and won't be able to travel to other islands.
The game will also not update the location of the supplier, since you'll stuck in the plane, still in Miami.
The only way to fix this temporarily would be via being in the Island in the first place, then only triggering the suppliers mission.
It's quite frustrating to play the game like this.
