[Feature] No CSS Applied to ecotipes.html

Description

The ecotipes.html page currently lacks any CSS styling, resulting in a plain and unstyled layout. This issue leads to poor user experience and inconsistency with the rest of the website's design. The page needs a proper CSS implementation to ensure it is visually appealing and aligned with the overall theme of the website.

Add CSS Styling:
Responsive Design:
CSS should be applied and ecotipes.html should have a clean, professional design.
The page should be responsive, functioning correctly on all screen sizes.
