Garlic OS works but Roms won't show.

I managed to get garlic os to load but I couldn't get the Roms to show. I put them in the Roms folder but I couldn't load them onto the device at all. I have tried reddit which a thread suggested that I reformat at fat32 but this hasn't worked.

Second on this. Have tried reformatting to fat32 as well and no roms show up.
