Roms missing from Library

Running Garlic OS 2.02 on RG35XXSP

I have several roms in their corresponding library folders in the TF2 drive. However, when I load up the console and open the library, there is nothing there. I can navigate to the roms through retroarch and launch them through there, and they appear in my recently played after, but they just don't show up in the library.
