Can't modify a group logo in Manage Groups

In any group - i can delete a logo but cannot replace it with a new one - once its deleted, user can load a new logo, but it wont save it. Even after clearing cache , refresh etc.

@jmckenna Weird thing happened. I was facing a Forestry group with no logo. So I decided i would create a new Forestry group (kept the exact same name) and added all the info again, added a logo and saved it - it basically overwrote(I think) the previous record named forestry) as there is just one Forestry group now - WITH a logo. but I will come back next week and see if there is any remnants of the previous one. The reason I think it overwrote the old group - was that a) two groups names forestry are not in list (*just one) and then b) the records and users that were linked to this group - APPEARED magically (without me adding them.) Anyway - that seems like a strange way to update the logo! HA
