Allowed Categories won't accept changes

I was trying to modify a group (Civic Addressing) to include more categories that were defined AFTER gCat was set up with the default categories list. (I had added new categories: Documents, Templates and PII). They show in the list of possible categories, but were added AFTER I had created the Civic Address Group. Now I want to expand the allowed categories to INCLUDE Documents and Templates. Side note: I want to delete the PII category but can't seem to delete it (maybe because some groups/records are using it??) Anyway - it seems that I can't change the allowed categories for this group (*or any other group), and I would like to be able to change the categories. See attached file for error message and sample group with this issue.

Oddly enough I tried changing the categories again, for other groups, and if I DON't select PII, Then it works - so now I am thinking that maybe I did delete that category and there is just a ghost in the group??

Related side note: I just tried deleted the PII category again - and it disappears for now. Will log out and come back in and see if it is gone/reappears. (THis piece is done in the Admin Console under "Category"

OK - It appears to have disappeared. Maybe the last update of gCAt fixed some things. Not sure if we have an issue anymore.
