Allow User to change password if forgot their password

Description of the Issue

In case a user forgets their password, there is no way right now for them to log into that profile. They would just have to create a new user and input all of their information again.
There should be a way for user's to change their password in the event they forgot their password.

I think that in order to do this, one must use the user change form, but we also need to create the views and template that would aid in changing the user's password.
