Could we amend it to say:

Given we have a support line - I think that also needs to go on the 'Alternatively you can'. section:

I think people might be wanting a service and thinking that they will access the support line via the contact us route.
As mentioned the enquiry witch needs a look at going forward as it's not been updated following its launch.
