A row of prickly privet hedges, their intertwining branches creating a formidable fence, line both sides of the way.</description>

A walkway winding around the garden leads northward to a gazebo and a heavy steel door almost completely covered in vines separating the mansion and the gazebo.</description>

    <description>Stepping westward from the cobbled path, the mansion's high stone outer wall encloses a small lawn dominated by an ancient mimosa tree. A semi-circle worn into the lush green grass around the chair bears witness to generations of students who have gathered here to learn.  Violet azaleas hug the building, clustering in the corner where house joins wall, then continue towards the gate.</description>

People quietly walk along the balcony that wraps around the hall of the second floor.</description>

The molded ochre walls of the room are set with panels of pure amber interposed by small candle sconces.  Umber curtains hang from a cornice above a bay window.</description>

Otherwise bare of furniture, a small desk sits in front of a tall bay window covered in flimsy pearl-white curtains.</description>

    <description>The gentle murmur of water and the smell of incense greet all who enter.  Once an indoor garden, the room still contains many exotic plants, and one wall is made of crystal-clear glass to capture sunlight.  A carved jade fountain serves as a focal point, its flowing waters in constant motion.  A dwarf copperwood tree spreads its branches across much of the room, rustled occasionally by a gentle draft.  The tinkling leaves and burbling fountain fill the air like an ethereal chorus.</description>

Once the trophy room of the Jadewater family, all that remain are battle standards, a few weapons and shields upon the walls, and a suit of gilded full plate armor standing forever at attention opposite the lectern.  Across from the fireplace hangs a magnificent tapestry worked in fine Elothean silks.</description>

The lofty elevation, coupled with the absence of walls or ceiling, creates an atmosphere of walking through a garden in the clouds.  The flowering plants and vines are in perpetual bloom, as if sustained by something more than the sunlight which dances freely through the area.</description>

Desserts for everyone from the binge-heavy to the diet-conscious await perusal on a majestic gold side cart.</description>

A narrow trail winds its way through patches of weeds and grasses into the northern wilds.  There is a small window near the bottom of the wall, but the glass is covered in dirt.</description>

    <description>With the exception of the low wall at the rear of the Performance Center, this area is entirely enclosed.  Wooden seats with green velvet cushions form rows that wrap around the viewing area in a near perfect circle.  Curtains of green and gold hang from the ceiling, hiding the back of the stage from the audience, while walls on either side contain tapestries that depict favorite performances of years past.</description>
