When I want to check my devices, I can't, why is that? so he is blank and doesn't respond at all, for my cellphone I use Samsung S23 REG and turn on USB Debugging, but strangely when I check adb devices it doesn't appear at all and there is no response, instead there is a cmd pop up and then close again. Do you think anyone knows why?

But if you check in the task manager here there is adb running behind the process.

As far as I remember, I have never seen adb devices return without printing anything (it's not even related to scrcpy at this point).

An anti-virus or something modifying the expected behavior?

I don't use any antivirus, because I also deleted the windows anti-virus too, because it's not needed.

If you run system commands like ping 127.0.0.1, does it also open a new window?

If, for example, other commands are safe, it's just adb, I don't know why it's like that.

it's just adb,

It's both adb.exe and scrcpy.exe.

Did you set run as administrator for them via compatibility mode? That will cause the exe to be opened in a new window. Otherwise I think there is something wrong with your system.
