Lets add an entry for adding GeoNode layers to the main Layer -> Add layer menu.

It seems this is achievable by using the insertAddLayerAction() method of QgisInterface

@ricardogsilva it seems there is no QGIS API for opening Data Source Manager via python, at least not that I know of, this is needed for the 'Add layer' menu entry to function.
