[Enhancement] Add native controller input support in the menu

Add the ability to navigate the menu using only an Xbox controller, without the need for mouse inputs.
Being able to navigate the app and its interface would be extremely beneficial on platforms like the Steam Deck as well as Console PC setups where all you have is a controller.
