update all translations for catalan and spanish

there are MANY lines changed as we move away from project verification and instead use GIVbacks Eligible

We should find these lines that have been changed and ensure we have appropriate translations for these in our translation files in spanish and catalan. We might need to find an efficient way to find the exact lines needing to be updated and insert the translations into the app.

We should not do this however until the copy is finalized for the english version
