Make it easier to find QF rounds from the homepage

We have had feedback form users complaining that during QF rounds, they can't find the QF rounds easily from the homepage.

I think, because this is such a driving force for people coming to Giveth, we should make it very clear & apparent, right from the top of the homepage... or add a menu bar item that goes to QF rounds (rather than having it disguided under "projects --> eligible for matching"

@mosaeedi wondering if you could help me add something about this?

TBH I would love it if the very top thing on our homepage was like a scrolling banners thing.. that has one main one, and then different featured things... many websites do this, for example:
