When I use my trackpad to scroll, my donation amount goes down

This is sooo annoying! I noticed it, griff noticed it, someone on discord noticed it

I put in 100 GIV to donate, then use my trackpad to scroll down to click "donate" and the 100 turns to 99 or 98... I think we should just remove the functionality that the user can adjust the donation number in the text field w their trackpad... and make it so that you only type text.

Or? Open to ideas, but this is an extremely annoying and buggy feature causing users to donated a different amount that they originally wanted to.

@MoeNick it's kind of a bug. can we get it in maintenance this sprint?
