Dont send notifications twice for users

Now in these cases we send two notifications for users :

1. User donated to project and liked that
2. USer owned a project and liked that

And we should do this

• Consider sending owning project and ignore that user liked that
• Consider sending liked project and ignore donate when
• If user just match with one condition we don't need to change anything
