Leave: Invalid Date Leave Request Raised by Admin and Accepted by Team Lead

Describe the bug:
A leave request with an invalid date (01/01/2021) was raised by the admin and accepted by the team lead without validation.

Scope of the bug:
admin raise request type in calendar field > 01012021 > login to team lead account accept request

Steps to reproduce:

Admin
Navigate to the leave request section.
Raise a leave request with the date 01/01/2021.(type in calendar field )
The team lead accepts the invalid leave request.

Expected Behavior:
The system should reject the leave request with an invalid date and display an error message.

Actual Behavior:
The leave request with the invalid date (01/01/2021) is accepted by the team lead without any validation errors.
