ctakes server picking terms which are not in custom dictionary

Hi,
I have created custom dictionary and placed in ctakes-rest-service\ctakes-web-rest\src\main\resources\org\apache\ctakes\dictionary\lookup\fast\sno_rx_16ab and rebuild the war. Copied war file to tomcat, but the ctakes server is picking the terms which are not in custom dictionary.

Further, I also placed custom dictionary in ctakes-rest-service\ctakes-codebase-area\trunk\ctakes-web-rest\src\main\resources\org\apache\ctakes\dictionary\lookup\fast\sno_rx_16a_b but again same issue was repeating.
ex: In the custom dictionary I build, I dont have cestodiasis, chancres, cervix, swallowings, deferoxamin, Ageusia but ctakes server is picking those terms.

Can someone help me how to properly build war file for small custom dictionary and deploy? @MatthewVita
