Description of the Feature

Implement internationalization (i18n) for the app using react-i18next on the frontend and make backend messages translatable. Start with English and Hindi, and ensure the user’s language preference is stored and applied consistently across sessions.

This feature will expand accessibility to non-English users and enhance the project’s global usability.

I don't think our app requires this feature atm, so I am going to close this issue for now. I will let you know if we re consider this idea in the future.
