Description of the Feature
The main landing page (index.html) is quite long. After a user scrolls down to view all the games or read the footer, they have to manually scroll all the way back up to use the navigation menu.
To improve the user experience, we should add a "Scroll to Top" button. This button should:
Be hidden by default.
Appear in the bottom-right corner after the user has scrolled down a certain distance.
Smoothly scroll the page back to the top when clicked.
