Feature request summary

The feature is to dockerize the lighthouse report viewer.
If accepted, It would be my pleasure to do it.

What is the motivation or use case for changing this?

Some companies wants to have full control on their data and the lighthouse reports are no exception, so when using a self-hosted lighthouse-server, they could want to view the report on a self-hosted report viewer

How is this beneficial to Lighthouse?

As the Lighthouse server supports sending reports to a self-hosted viewer, providing a Docker container for the viewer would save time (creation of the Dockerfile, etc.).

We wouldn't like to continue maintaining a docker image, but feel free to do it in your own repo and we can link to it.
