[ENHANCEMENT] Expose historical data of the upvotes

Now that it’s possible to upvote features and see that number on webstatus.dev, I would find it handy to have a chart with the historical data for these upvotes.

That way, analysis on these numbers can be done. For example:

• A possible spike in upvotes could (maybe) be linked back to a certain publication that was made
• Trends such as the fastest climber can be identified
• etc.
