[BUG] CSV exports don't include browser availability data

Describe the bug
The "Export to CSV" output doesn't include any data from the "Availability" column

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://webstatus.dev/?columns=name%2Cavailability_chrome%2Cavailability_edge%2Cavailability_firefox%2Cavailability_safari%2Cavailability_chrome_android%2Cavailability_firefox_android%2Cavailability_safari_ios%2Cdeveloper_signal_upvotes&sort=developer_signal_upvotes_desc
2. Click on Export to CSV
3. Inspect the CSV

Expected behavior
CSV columns match the UI: feature, availability, upvotes

I found the problem:

1. We don't do anything for the browser availability columns when building the CSV

   • webstatus.dev/frontend/src/static/js/components/webstatus-overview-filters.ts

Question for you @rviscomi: In the CSV format, are you expecting the date or the browser version? I think the former, but I wanted to verify.

Ah ok, thanks for looking into it. What I'm really after is just a boolean of whether it's supported or not, but since the UI shows the browser version in the tooltip, I'd expect the CSV export to also include the version or an empty string.
