What feature(s) are you requesting?

1. Ran into an issue where the Google Ads api version 19 got deprecated before we had a chance to update to v23 which caused a customer impact - see [Bug]: Google Ads template is failing due to v19 sunset #3343.
2. Come November 2026 we need to update v23 to v26 or newer before deprecation occurs in Feb. 2027. This involves updating:

• Beam
• Dataflow Templates
• Create an 9-10 month workflow to create an issue to upgrade this api.
