Need help - New Contributor

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working on an issue related to a missing SETUP.md reference in the live-translator sample app:

I’ve implemented a fix in my fork (added SETUP.md and updated the README accordingly), and shared the branch in the issue comments.

However, when attempting to create a pull request, I see that PR creation is restricted to collaborators.

Could you please guide me on the best way to proceed in this case?

• Should contributors request collaborator access for such fixes?
• Or is there a preferred workflow (e.g., maintainers creating PRs from forks)?

Happy to follow the recommended process and make any required changes.
