Project cleanup scripts should delete Cloud Identity groups left as well #1100
Description
The presubmit integration tests also create and destroy Cloud Identity groups as part of it. Similar to projects, some groups can be left un-cleaned up if some errors occurred during the integration tests run. The deletion script should be extended to clean up groups as well.
