chg:dev: move fingerprint example from rst to jupyter notebook (for cloudmesh#140) (cloudmesh#165)

* initial work on rewriting fingerprint example with jupyter * fingerprint examples works * expand intro * cleanup * add NBIS prerequisites and install steps for Xenial * add link to notebooks/index.rst * remove obsolete fingerprint example
