Adds new field option for full width, New filter for table markup and… (#2147)

- Fixes #684
- Added new field option for full width
- Added new hook filter for table markup
- Fixed an issue with requires not option for checkboxes
- I also couldn't hide the 'custom_label' text field as it already
depends on the 'show_label' field, So i chose to hide the show label
checkbox
