Thank you for Green Algorithms. We would like to measure the footprint from running Illumina's DRAGEN pipelines, which run on AWS f1/f2 FPGA EC2 instances (or on-prem DRAGEN boxes), e.g. f1.4xlarge. We are using the nf-co2footprint plugin #123
Can this be supported?
A related question, AWS claims they are working towards carbon neutrality so are these metrics accurate for AWS/the cloud? Thank you
