Cannot see plugin in the plugins menu

Hello, I would like to try out this plugin. I made a conda environment and did pip install tapenade. However I cannot see your plugin in the plugins menu. I am able to import the package in a notebook after loading this environment. Could you please help me troubleshoot this. I am working on a windows PC.

Hi @abhijeetkrishna! Sorry for the late answer.
For the Napari plugins, they have to be installed as separated packages (tapenade is only the main package that gathers the computational methods). Head here for details.

If you are interested in interacting with the spatial correlation plotter, the main repo is here. You can install the plugin via pip install napari-spatial-correlation-plotter, or via the plugin installation menu inside a Napari window.
