any balance command stalls the game

Whenever I attempt to use the /bal command or anything related the game stalls eg no repsonce from command and any new commands entered wont do anything.

no crash report as it still keeps running and save/exit just gets stuck on the saving world screen.

I also have an issue when adding signshops, utilities or teleport where it gets stuck on loading terrain again doesn't cause a crash just stalls.
