.m3u8? 的后缀直播源无法识别，求帮助！！！

docker 1.72版运行完成后，log文件中没有识别下述的直播源。大佬有办法解决吗？

（1） http://[2409:8087:8:21::18]:6610/otttv.bj.chinamobile.com/PLTV/88888888/224/3221226471/1.m3u8? ，此直播源加入白名单后，生成的直播源会自动去除后缀的问号，导致无法播放。

生成的result：http://[2409:8087:8:21::18]:6610/otttv.bj.chinamobile.com/PLTV/88888888/224/3221226471/1.m3u8 后坠全部没有了，导致不能播放。您的源https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Guovin/iptv-api/gd/output/result.m3u 连接中也存在此问题。

（2）另外result源失效后，再次运行依然生成的还是原result中的源，并不会自动屏蔽并替换失效源。关闭config中open_history = False 结果依旧。

使用仓库最新代码并没有出现该问题，如果是docker版本，建议等待下次版本更新。
源是否有效需要分析测速日志，如果测速有效是会保留的，同时开启补偿模式会将可能播放的保留至结果，open_history = False只是不会使用上次更新的结果以及缓存，如果订阅源依旧有该源，依然有可能会加入结果中。
