WHIP Muxer ?

Hi

it seems GyanD FFmpeg builds for Windows are not compiled with support for WHIP protocol/muxer.
However it's potentially available for several months now

Is there a technical reason for this or is this just a forgotten thing to do ?

The WHIP muxer does not currently work with the GNU TLS backend used in my builds. It's under development.

Maybe it's the reason why I can't get it to work under Windows with BtbN builds which I tried for the occasion as they are supposed to support WHIP. At least when I type "ffmpeg -muxers" WHIP gets listed but impossible to get it to work when the arm64 build for Linux works fine.
